The Operational Programme Information Society

The Operational Programme Information Society (OPIS) is a reference document on the basis of which EU structural fund assistance will be provided for information society projects between 2007 and 2013.

Pursuant to Government Resolution No. 1004/2006, the Finance Ministry of the Slovak Republic acts as an Intermediary Body under the Managing Authority for the Operational Programme Informatisation of Society, and pursuant to Act No. 575/2001 Coll. as amended. The Finance Ministry also acts as the central government body responsible for the information society.
